About Me:: Retired & moved to AZ in 2001. My friend thought I would like doing this work & was kind enough to mentor me. It has been an learning experience with many challenges, but at the same time rewarding financially, but more importantly fullfilling knowing I have helped many people get the help they needed. I have some great affiliations with many companies now and enjoy the people.
I am an animal lover and also volunteer through my church and am also helping a great, new non-profit called Redeeming Life that is a 24/7 residential program for troubled and abused youth.
So you can tell I am so busy at times I wonder how I can do what is needed but it always happens and is wonderful. I feel very blessed to have all this & be able to contribute.

Favorite Music:: Most everything except rap and hard rock. I don't consider that music - just noise to me anyway.

Favorite TV Shows:: So many! History channel, Discovery, mysteries like Miss Marple. I really love shows like As Time Goes By, Putting On Appearances I think is the name with Hyacinth and her family. Joyce Meyers ministry - so down to earth - tells it like it is. I have to admit sometimes I enjoy Law & Order, Forensic Science- so interesting, and a few others.

Best/Craziest Notary Story: I recently had a signing for an older, widow. Some docs were incorrect so she had them e mailed to her friend. Up she pops, says I'll just run over to get them. I thought she was only walking next door, but then I hear the garage open and off she drives. She returned 45 minutes later. As my friend put it: "You really put a new meaning to Home Alone lol. What a strange feeling to be left in a strangers home and how foolish of her to trust a stranger like that!

If they give you permission to contact them then I see nothing wrong with that unless you were also another Mortgage Guy. Just my 2 cents and if they give me permission then they are fair game except for selling them another mortgage which I believe would be unethical.

P.S. I am not perfect and I am not always right on this subject but I believe that if a borrower gives you permission and only if the borrower gives permission for you to contact them in the future because of non-related products and services you might have that they want and need and requested then I see nothing wrong or unethical about that. Just my opinion.
