Golden State Notary Signing Agents - unique signing agent marketing group in California

I am in charge of recruiting for Golden State Notary Signing Agents (GSNSA). We are currently building a group of Signing Agents throughout the State of California who honest, experienced and simply the best.
We do have criteria and requirements a Signing Agent must meet in order to qualify for a free membership. Members must have personally done at least 300 loan signings and must comply with Notary Laws as per the Secretary of State’s Manual. Membership is on a first come first serve basis and by invitation only and we are looking for notaries in open counties in California.
Please note: We are NOT a signing service as each member is an independent contractor.
If you are interested in joining us, please feel free to send us a message by visiting our website at http://www.gsnsa.com/contactus.html

Stop asking for handouts!

I've been a notary signing agent for many years. I absolutely LOVE what I do, even though for various reasons I do it part-time. However, what I don't have it a part-time mentality - most of you know exactly what I am talking about: 'oh, let me take those 5 $50 jobs while kids are at school and I'll have extra money for grocery shopping and/or facial/dinner out', 'oh, $50 is better than nothing' - care to fill in the blank here? Part time or full time, this IS a very very serious business, and y… Continue

I know the whole crew down there,...great people. A lot of them are related so don't ever speak badly of one of them or it may come back to haunt you. Glen is great. Other schedulers are Heather, Ady, and Cindy. If you did a perfect package on the first go-round...that was great.
Have you had an encounter with Troy Pfeiffer yet? He is the GM and oversees all our work. He sounds tough, but he is really a great guy to work with. He is the one that sets up the Net Branch's. If you are interested in doing it, I'll give you a put in a good word for ya! I guess you know you get an extra fee for each package you scan.
By the way, Glen has a background in the Title business and really knows his stuff.

Just be thorough in your work,...no errors! C/Wide is especially critical of marginally readable dates, so make sure all dates are legible. Hope you get lots of work from them,...just don't move to Jax, FL and become my competition! Ha!

Lana,..I love them too! I was one of the first NSA's they contacted over 2 years ago when they opened. Am now their exclusive go-to-guy in NE Fla. I am blessed! Fees are great, eh! Over the years I have established a great rapport with most of the LO's in C/Wide's branch offices. They love the work I do and they keep sending the closings to ATA so I will get them.

Last year they put a $1200 scanner in my office so that when I complete the closing, I scan it and it goes directly to the computers of the LO, branch mgr. C/Wide HQ, and ATA. On the spot signed docs!
They are really great folks at ATA!

No one said life was easy. That's the look of having survived everything life has thrown at you, and now it's time to savor the victories.

Thanks for noticing my new look....I was concerned with all the wonderful color on this site that my logo would be seen as hum-drum and get lost....I added color using the paint feature in Windows Vista...I think it came out pretty good :~)
